Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you'll be integral to delivering fresh food made by hand each day with no use of freezers or microwaves. This position offers comprehensive training across various restaurant stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, empowering you to deliver excellent customer service while working in a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items daily by hand using fresh ingredients, adhering to Chipotle’s food preparation standards.
• Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep area, salsa making, and expo with proficiency and care.
• Ensure a welcoming and friendly customer environment by providing exceptional service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Possess an enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
• Demonstrate a passion for assisting and serving both customers and teammates.
• Maintain effective communication skills in the primary language(s) spoken at the work location.
• Eagerness to learn extensive cooking techniques and restaurant operations.
