This role involves hands-on preparation of real food daily, excluding the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers, and delivering excellent customer service in a friendly environment. Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will help create a warm atmosphere for customers while preparing food and supporting team operations. The role is integral in maintaining Chipotle’s high standards for quality and service and includes learning to operate at multiple stations effectively.
Requirements
- Maintain a positive, approachable attitude.
- Show enthusiasm for assisting customers and team members.
- Willingness to learn extensive food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work site.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay ranged between $20.00 and $21.00 per hour, with eligibility for digital tips.
