Role Overview

This position involves hands-on food preparation and customer service at multiple stations including grilling, cashiering, prepping, salsa creation, and expediting. No prior experience is required as the company offers comprehensive training. Crew members are pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
• Work confidently at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo after training.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for customers and coworkers through exceptional service.
• Support the mission to change fast food by participating in conversations and efforts that promote better food practices.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• A positive and eager attitude towards helping customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour plus digital tips, variable based on experience, skills, and education.
• Full coverage tuition assistance for select degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
