Key Responsibilities

• Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo with proper training.
• Prepare fresh food by hand every day adhering to Chipotle’s quality standards.
• Create a friendly and engaging atmosphere for customers through excellent service.

Candidate Requirements

• Bring a positive, enthusiastic demeanor to the team.
• Demonstrate passion for assisting and serving fellow team members and customers alike.
• Exhibit willingness and eagerness to learn cooking techniques extensively.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Communicate proficiently in the primary language(s) of the work location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay range: $17.75 to $18.75 per hour, with eligibility for digital tips.
• Tuition assistance covering 100% for select degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
