Job Opportunities and Environment

As a Crew Member, you'll prepare food fresh daily using no freezers or microwaves and deliver excellent customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere. Training is provided to confidently work various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds including dishwashing, serving, bartending, or no previous experience but with passion and enthusiasm.

Candidate Qualifications

• Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
• Demonstrate a passion for helping and serving both customers and fellow team members
• Motivated to learn extensive cooking skills
• At least 16 years of age
• Able to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) spoken at the workplace
