Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by preparing fresh food daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Training covers all station work including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Newcomers and those with some relevant experience alike are encouraged to join. This role is a great foundation for a career path toward management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare real, fresh food by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Engage enthusiastically in team activities and support fellow crew members.

Required Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Possess a positive and enthusiastic approach towards work.
• Have a genuine passion for serving and helping customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn extensive cooking and food preparation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work site.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.00, plus eligibility for digital tips.
• Tuition assistance covering full costs for selected degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
