Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily, avoiding the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Work confidently across various stations including grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo.
- Maintain excellent customer service and contribute to a friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth restaurant operation.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
- A strong desire to assist and serve both customers and team members.
- Eagerness to learn cooking skills extensively.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Effective communication in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
