Credit Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a Credit Manager with a strong grasp of financial principles such as Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Financial Ratios. The role involves underwriting home loans for both salaried and self-employed applicants, depending on their creditworthiness. This position requires conducting virtual client discussions and managing the entire loan process from application to disbursement, ensuring timely delivery of sanction letters.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial documents and creditworthiness of clients using credit scoring models to assess risks.
• Handle underwriting for home loans for salaried and self-employed individuals.
• Conduct virtual client discussions to gather necessary information and clarify loan details.
• Ensure turnaround time compliance for sanction letter delivery and fund disbursement.
• Ensure all loans and lending processes adhere to regulatory compliance.
• Allocate loan files appropriately to banks based on the credit profiles of clients.
• Oversee the entire credit application cycle from login to final disbursement.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience between 6 months to 5 years, preferably with a background in the banking sector.
• Good communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Additional Information

Locations: Borivali & Vidyavihar, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Salary offered is between INR 30,000 to 45,000 per month, aligned with industry standards.
