Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Credit Manager will oversee and ensure the smooth conduct of the prize money distribution process, including a thorough final approval involving evaluation of customer profiles, documentation, procedural adherence, and risk assessment. This role demands leadership in controlling receivables, managing stock of outstanding debts, and monitoring payments diligently.
Essential duties include enforcing compliance with security measures and financial delegation during prize money disbursal, implementing credit process workflows, and conducting periodic reviews of credit policies to recommend necessary modifications. The position also entails conducting in-person customer verifications when necessary and supervising the credit monitoring framework end-to-end.
Additional Duties and Controls
The manager is responsible for validating the authenticity of customer verifications and documents, tracking receivables status, and preparing reports related to recovery operations and legal measures for debt collection. Ad hoc assignments may be given as needed by management.
