Overview

Join a leading multinational company with a robust presence worldwide and across the APAC region as a Credit Control Specialist. This permanent role offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to work within the Transport and Distribution sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accounts receivable process to ensure payment collections are made promptly.
  • Reconcile customer accounts, identifying and rectifying any inconsistencies efficiently.
  • Prepare and dispatch invoices to clients in a timely fashion.
  • Work closely with various internal departments to address billing queries and issues.
  • Keep detailed documentation of all credit control activities.
  • Regularly report on outstanding debt status to the management team.
  • Assist the finance department with miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient understanding of accounts receivable procedures.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a related credit control position.
  • High level of accuracy and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external clients.
  • Experience within the Transport and Distribution industry is a plus.
