Overview
Join a leading multinational company with a robust presence worldwide and across the APAC region as a Credit Control Specialist. This permanent role offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to work within the Transport and Distribution sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the accounts receivable process to ensure payment collections are made promptly.
- Reconcile customer accounts, identifying and rectifying any inconsistencies efficiently.
- Prepare and dispatch invoices to clients in a timely fashion.
- Work closely with various internal departments to address billing queries and issues.
- Keep detailed documentation of all credit control activities.
- Regularly report on outstanding debt status to the management team.
- Assist the finance department with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient understanding of accounts receivable procedures.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a related credit control position.
- High level of accuracy and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external clients.
- Experience within the Transport and Distribution industry is a plus.
