Position Overview
We seek a Credit Control Executive to oversee dealer accounts, facilitate prompt payments, and maintain precise financial documentation. The role requires proactive communication with dealers, effective management of credit and outstanding balances, and proficiency in accounting software.
Primary Duties
- Regularly follow up with dealers and customers to ensure payments are received on time.
- Make systematic payment reminder calls and document follow-up actions.
- Track and manage dealer credit limits along with their outstanding balances.
- Reconcile ledgers against invoices, receipts, and dues.
- Spot and resolve any payment inconsistencies through coordination.
- Prepare daily reports detailing collections and outstanding payments.
- Use Busy accounting software for bookkeeping, generating reports, and performing reconciliations.
- Provide assistance with back-office and accounting tasks as necessary.
- Work closely with sales and accounts departments concerning payments and required adjustments.
Skills and Experience
- Effective follow-up and communication abilities.
- Sound accounting knowledge, specifically with accounting software.
- Experience using Busy accounting software is essential.
Salary and Benefits
The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 Indian Rupees.
