Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a Credit Control Analyst to become part of a global company specializing in materials science and digital identification solutions. Based in our Shared Service Centre in Cork, your role will be pivotal in managing credit risk, collections, and resolving queries for a key set of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service to resolve disputes promptly, ensuring service level agreements are met and minimizing overdue receivables.
- Evaluate and authorize release of orders within the established authority limits by reviewing credit holds.
- Analyze credit risk by utilizing financial data and third-party credit reports and suggest modifications to credit limits accordingly.
- Monitor customer account balances to ensure compliance with agreed-upon credit terms.
- Address issues related to unallocated payments and unapplied receipts to maintain precise customer account records.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum one year of professional experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control.
- Possession of a Certificate or Diploma level qualification.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English communication.
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle, Fusion, or Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous.
Compensation
Annual salary ranging from €30,590 to €48,944.
