Company Overview
Veeraraghavan & Co. is a well-established Risk Advisory Firm with over 35 years of experience, serving major clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, located in Tilak Road, Pune.
Role Overview
We are seeking a fresh male candidate under 28 years of age, possessing a bachelor's degree in B.Com, BMS, BBA, BFM, or BBI, who has a pleasant demeanor, strong communication and computer skills, and solid accounting knowledge to work as a Credit Analyst. Please note, this position is distinct from a Data Analyst role.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit loan applicants at their business locations to assess their creditworthiness and capacity to repay loans.
- Conduct non-sales, non-marketing evaluations focused solely on credit analysis.
- Engage in fieldwork within assigned areas based on the candidate's residence.
Training and Work Schedule
- Selected candidates will undergo a 6-7 day initial training program designed to cultivate a credit manager mindset, which will significantly aid their future career.
- Attendance at the office is required only for the interview and the training period; thereafter, daily office presence is not mandatory.
