Job description
Overview
The Credit Analyst role involves assessing the creditworthiness of both new and existing customers to support financial decision-making and risk management within the Abdul Hadi Abdullah Al-Qahtani & Sons Beverage Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess credit status of customers to determine financial reliability.
- Review and analyze customer contracts and credit limits.
- Continuously oversee customer accounts and financial behavior.
- Develop pricing evaluations and adjustments.
- Conduct detailed D&A (depreciation & amortization) analysis alongside managing accruals.
- Assist with debt collection procedures and track overdue payments meticulously.
- Propose methods to reduce risk related to credit and promote prompt payment compliance.
- Keep informed about market and economic conditions impacting credit health.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
- Professional certification from the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA).
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
- Solid understanding of accounting standards and commercial accounting practices.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with SAP software is essential; experience with Sales Buzz is advantageous.
