Creator Success Manager

Overview

As a Creator Success Manager, you will be responsible for devising and executing the creative strategy and nurturing strong relationships with a group of 4–5 content creators. Your goal will be to drive subscriber growth by producing outstanding content backed by deep insights and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design tailored creative strategies for each creator in your pod, determining optimal content types, effective hooks, formats to experiment with, and what ideas to discontinue.
• Continuously gather inspiration by engaging with content on Instagram, TikTok, and related niches; identify successful trends and adapt them appropriately for your creators.
• Craft compelling briefs focused on subscriber conversion through clear hook promises and intentional messaging to guide content creation effectively.
• Maintain strong, trusting relationships through regular weekly calls, check-ins on Telegram, and collaborative creative sessions, becoming the primary growth partner for your assigned creators.
• Closely review every content edit to ensure alignment with your brief, iterating your instructions to close the feedback loop without transferring responsibility.
• Analyze daily performance metrics including subscriber inflow, watch time, content retention, user engagement, and follower growth, to identify what works and apply learnings to subsequent briefs.
• Organize and prepare for content shoots with a well-planned inventory of 50–150 content ideas prioritized by location, outfits, and format.

• You are deeply passionate about digital content, constantly consuming and analyzing what makes it successful, with the capability to articulate specifically why certain reels stand out.
• Your creativity spans diverse ideas and you possess a nuanced understanding of global pop culture trends relevant to audiences in the US, UK, and Europe, able to adapt trends rather than simply reuse them.
• Data-driven decision making is integral to your approach; you interpret key performance data rigorously to guide strategy rather than rely on intuition.
• Excellent communicator with polished English skills, able to tailor tone from warm and supportive in creator interactions to concise and direct in internal documentation.
• You build authentic trust with creators and are empathetic while candid, providing honest feedback to help optimize content even if it involves difficult conversations.
• Highly self-motivated and organized, you autonomously manage your responsibilities, track tasks meticulously, and ensure no details slip through the cracks.
• You are comfortable working professionally within the adult content sector, recognizing its legitimacy and maintaining a nonjudgmental, industry-respectful stance.

Logistics and Compensation

• Location: Primarily based anywhere in Europe with majority remote work; attendance required onsite during content production weeks and team events.
• Compensation: Monthly base salary between €2,000 and €4,000, plus performance-related bonuses based on creator growth metrics.
• Travel: Occasional travel within Europe for content shoots is expected.
• Start Date: Immediate commencement preferred.
