We are looking for our inaugural Creator Manager in the APAC region to craft a creator programme that goes beyond accumulating views to genuinely helping travellers make smarter decisions. This hybrid role is based in Singapore.
The ideal candidate will possess strategic insight, creative instincts, and an intuitive understanding of social media influence, prioritizing trust, relevance, and bold innovative approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture impactful collaborations with creators throughout key APAC markets, fostering long-term partnerships benefiting both parties.
- Develop meaningful creator strategies in partnership with regional and global Social & Community teams, ensuring content is purposeful and aligns with wider brand and marketing goals.
- Oversee multi-market creator programmes and campaigns, managing organic advocate initiatives alongside promotional campaigns with agencies, freelancers, and external partners.
- Provide expert knowledge of APAC markets to adapt global creator strategies suitably to maintain local authenticity.
- Identify cultural moments and social media trends to design compelling creator engagements with strong resonance and momentum.
- Collaborate with the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to expand a commission-based creator affiliate programme catering to emerging and established influencers.
- Utilize analytics tools and social media dashboards to track metrics, measure impact, optimize performance, and support data-informed decisions.
- Manage the entire creator lifecycle including budget planning, contract negotiations, creative development, and invoice processing.
Candidate Profile
- Deep familiarity with the creator ecosystem across APAC, including markets like South Korea, India, Japan, Taiwan, and Australia, with hands-on experience in managing regulations and disclosure compliance.
- Proven ability to strategically plan, execute, and optimize creator campaigns that achieve meaningful results beyond just launching.
- Expertise in major platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, understanding platform nuances and experimenting with emerging opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building skills to convert initial contacts into enduring partnerships and to foster trusted collaborations.
- Adept at working cross-functionally with agencies and freelancers, crafting clear briefs, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring high-quality creative output without compromising creators’ authenticity.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for coordinating multiple stakeholders, balancing creative goals with commercial considerations, and managing details like timelines and task lists.
- Keen ability to spot emerging travel creators and cultural trends before they become mainstream.
- Confident in managing contracts, budget negotiations, and invoicing with a strong commercial acumen.
- Data-oriented mindset, passionate about leveraging insights to improve creative strategies and interested in the future impact of LLMs and AI on creator roles.
