Job description

About the Role

PERSOL APAC, a leading HR services provider in the Asia Pacific and part of PERSOL HOLDINGS Co. Ltd, is supporting our client in seeking a highly motivated and commercially focused Creator Growth Specialist based in Rydalmere, Australia. This role centers on expanding and nurturing customer, Key Opinion Consumer (KOC), and creator networks within Australia to turn them into dedicated brand advocates driving authentic content, engagement, and ultimately sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand both owned and external customer communities by fostering engagement through curated content and activities, transforming active members into loyal brand advocates and KOCs.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage Australian KOCs, micro-influencers, and creators across popular social channels, overseeing collaborations from outreach and product seeding to user-generated content (UGC) production and execution of affiliate and referral initiatives.
  • Produce authentic product reviews, tutorials, and demonstrations, pinpoint high-performing UGC for application across social, direct-to-consumer, and paid advertising; and use performance data to optimize engagement, traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Between 2 to 4 years experience in community management, influencer or creator marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, or a closely related domain.
  • Proficient in engaging with external partners, customers, creators, or online audiences.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Proactive, energetic, and confident in networking, outreach efforts, and relationship follow-ups.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills capable of juggling multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
  • Data-oriented mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and competence in tracking performance metrics.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with an ability to work autonomously.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in digital engagement, partnership, or advocacy program management.
  • Current connections within the Australian digital or social media markets.
  • Experience in sectors like consumer electronics, technology, eCommerce, or lifestyle products.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and grow programs or projects from the ground up.

Candidate Attributes

The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for relationship-building and community management rather than just handling social media posts or coordinating influencers. This role demands active community growth, recruitment of brand advocates, ongoing management of long-term creator relationships, and turning these connections into measurable commercial impact.

Additional Information

Applicants must possess unrestricted work authorization for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
