Job Overview

This role offers a flexible work setup with approximately 50% work-from-home and the remaining time requiring on-site presence in Bhubaneswar. The position includes local and international travel to capture engaging video content on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and edit premium quality videos tailored for Instagram reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
• Design captivating short-form video content optimized to maximize reach and engagement.
• Interpret content briefs to craft compelling visual stories that resonate with the audience.
• Integrate subtitles, transitions, special effects, and background music that reflect current social media trends.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to deliver campaign-oriented videos.
• Attend shoots, events, and interactions with students to generate authentic on-site content.
• Deliver video projects quickly to meet tight deadlines while ensuring brand consistency.
• Maintain the company’s visual identity, brand tone, and stylistic coherence across all video assets.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in video editing, specifically creating reels and social media videos.
• Proficient with video editing software such as Filmora, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Well-versed in social media platforms like Instagram and YouTube Shorts, with an understanding of trending content formats.
• Creative thinker with keen attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Open to travel domestically and internationally for content collection and promotional shoots.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-moving and dynamic work environment.
• Prior exposure to the education or study abroad sector is highly favorable.
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative team player who works well with founders and content strategists.
• Strong desire to grow professionally with the brand and contribute to impactful content creation.

Additional Information

The position is based in Bhubaneswar and involves frequent collaboration requiring some days in the office alongside remote work. Travel for assignments will be expected both locally and internationally to accurately capture on-ground experiences and student interactions.
