Role Overview

This part-time, remote position based in New Zealand or Australia (aligned with AU+NZ time zones) offers 8 hours weekly—either one full day or two half days. Starting September 2026, the role includes a monthly salary of USD 3000 (approx. AUD 50,000 annually, subject to exchange rates). As a Creative Production Specialist at Right Hook Digital, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the standard of ad creative execution, focusing on driving quality and efficiency in high-performing advertising for eCommerce and DTC brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance the creative execution standard by refining benchmarks for effective, converting ads based on analysis and insights.
  • Develop creative capabilities through tailored training programs including live sessions, workshops, audits, playbooks, and frameworks designed to produce lasting skill improvements.
  • Guide creative strategists to improve judgment by teaching how to identify successful elements, provide actionable feedback, diagnose problems, and make independent, informed decisions.
  • Advance AI-powered production processes by streamlining existing workflows and pioneering next-generation AI tools integration such as image/video/voice generation and automation for scaled ad creation.

Role Scope

This role is not managerial; no responsibilities include team management, operational meeting leadership, or handling team conflicts. Instead, it focuses solely on capability building and process improvement enabling the team to autonomously produce outstanding creative work.

Weekly Activity Breakdown

  • Conduct live training for visual creators and strategists.
  • Perform creative audits and quality reviews.
  • Prepare and iterate training materials and playbooks.
  • Develop and conduct training on AI-enabled creative workflows.
  • Collaborate regularly with the Head of Creative Strategy to evolve creative systems.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 3 years of specialized experience in direct-response advertising focused on paid social platforms like Meta and TikTok, with a strong understanding of conversion-driven creative volume and testing.
  • Proven ability to train and mentor creative teams, converting expert knowledge into effective training tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with AI creative tools including image and video generation and voiceover technologies, with a strategic mindset on tool integration and workflow optimization.
  • Availability to work overlapping hours in AU and US time zones for live sessions, typically around 4-5pm AEST.
  • Reliable workspace setup including high-speed internet and personal computer.
