Job Overview

Prow Services, located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is seeking two talented Creative Graphic Designers to join their team on a full-time basis. Ideal candidates will have 1 to 2 years of practical experience in graphic design, particularly for digital and social media platforms.

Primary Duties

• Design compelling visuals for social media posts, adverts, banners, and marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and websites.
• Craft innovative designs in response to detailed creative briefs.
• Collaborate closely with teams in content creation, social media, and digital marketing.
• Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
• Incorporate feedback to refine and adjust designs.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in design and social media visuals.

Requirements

• Experience of 1 to 2 years in graphic or creative design roles.
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or their equivalents.
• Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and layout design principles.
• Understanding of creative content adapted for social media formats.
• Strong creative skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating previous design projects.
• Basic skills in video editing or motion graphics are considered a plus.
