Harsh Solanki is a rapidly growing Hinglish creator specializing in business, marketing, and personal finance content, with a combined audience exceeding 550,000 on Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and maintain a distinctive creative vision ensuring every video embodies the unique voice of the brand.
• Strategize and schedule content including hooks, narrative angles, series concepts, and format decisions.
• Guide creation of scripts and storyboards, crafting compelling moments from initial hooks to impactful conclusions.
• Provide targeted and practical direction to editors, writers, and videographers to enhance content quality.
• Develop specific creative treatments tailored for both short-form and long-form video formats.
• Incorporate AI-driven production technologies to optimize workflow and content creation.
• Analyze performance data combined with intuition to amplify successful content strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in content creation, creative direction, video production, or advertising, preferably with exposure to the creator economy.
• Deep understanding of Hinglish content and the preferences of the Indian audience.
• Expertise in short-form storytelling techniques with mastery over elements like audience retention, pacing, and compelling hooks.
• A strong creative sensibility paired with an ability to collaborate effectively.
• Familiarity or eagerness to learn AI creative tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, and ElevenLabs is advantageous.
• Candidates should be based in Indore or open to relocation.

Additional Information

• Employment type: Full-time, on-site at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Compensation

The monthly salary range offered is INR 25,000 to 40,000.
