About Paxika and Role Overview
Paxika seeks an innovative Creative Director to guide the brand's creative expression across multiple disciplines. Unlike a conventional agency role, this position exists where hospitality, culinary arts, culture, design, branding, and business intersect to craft memorable concepts and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct creative vision for Paxika and client initiatives encompassing brand strategy, identity development, and storytelling.
- Develop concepts for restaurants, hotels, and hospitality ventures.
- Lead creative campaigns, project launches, and diverse content formats including editorial, social media, photography, and film.
- Shape guest experience through spatial and narrative storytelling.
- Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and support business development efforts.
- Manage and inspire creative teams and collaborate with external partners.
- Work closely with founders, strategists, hospitality experts, designers, and operators to produce culturally resonant and commercially viable output.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of robust creative experience and a portfolio reflecting outstanding conceptual and execution skills.
- Possess a deep curiosity about food, hospitality, culture, design, architecture, travel, and people.
- Demonstrate conceptual thinking to uncover the core idea addressing business challenges.
- Be hands-on, capable of team leadership, directing shoots, refining presentations, editing copy, and striving for excellence.
- Exhibit a commercial mindset, prioritizing creative ideas that add tangible business value.
- Communicate persuasively to gain buy-in and belief in ideas.
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, branding, luxury, editorial, fashion, architecture, or cultural sectors is highly advantageous.
