Creative Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Creative and Design Specialists for a contractor position supporting a client project that spans graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflow enhancements. This role requires leveraging your professional expertise to critically assess and refine AI-generated creatives, providing valuable human insights to assist AI training methods.

Responsibilities

• Apply creative design skills across multiple mediums including visual graphics, multimedia, UI/UX interfaces, and animated motion graphics.
• Evaluate AI-generated design outputs systematically and identify areas for improvement.
• Deliver detailed human feedback to enhance AI training quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams in a flexible, remote work environment.

Requirements

• Previous compensated experience in human-in-the-loop or data annotation work related to AI development.
• Proficiency in graphic design principles and multimedia production tools.
• Ability to analyze and improve creative digital assets generated by AI algorithms.
• Strong communication skills for providing clear, structured feedback.
• Comfort working remotely with a flexible schedule.
