Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for an imaginative and proactive Creative Content Designer cum Video Editor to be part of BIM Cafe Learning Hub located in Kochi, Kerala. This full-time position demands a candidate who can independently transform simple ideas into engaging social media advertisements, reels, and marketing campaigns without requiring detailed instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce creative social media posts and advertisements.
- Design and edit videos for promotional purposes including Instagram Reels and YouTube content.
- Create visually appealing posters, banners, and other marketing collateral.
- Employ image and video editing tools and techniques to enhance visual content.
- Leverage AI technologies such as ChatGPT and AI-based image/video generation tools to create innovative ideas and content.
- Craft effective AI prompts to aid in the creation process.
- Understand and apply advertising principles including hooks, calls-to-action, and storytelling through visuals.
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to align content with campaigns.
Candidate Profile
- Strong creative and visual design sensibility with a passion for advertising.
- Expertise in Canva and Photoshop for design tasks.
- Competent video editing skills.
- Experienced with social media content creation and strategies.
- Proficient in using ChatGPT and various AI tools for content innovation.
- Excellent communication abilities and self-starter mindset capable of working independently.
- A mindset eager to propose improved creative ideas rather than only executing instructions.
Preferred Skills and Advantages
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Illustrator, Figma.
- Knowledge of advanced AI-driven creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo.
- Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
Education & Application
Applicants should preferably hold qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, or related fields. Submission of a portfolio along with the CV is mandatory.
Salary & Location
This position is based onsite at Kochi, Kerala, with a monthly salary range of INR 20,000 to 31,000.

Diploma / ITI / Vocational
