Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media posts, advertisement creatives, presentation decks, and branding assets.
• Edit dynamic short-form videos including Instagram Reels and campaign promos tailored for social media.
• Enhance videos by applying transitions, motion graphics, animated text, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
• Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to bring creative campaigns to life.
• Develop visually striking and brand-consistent content for various client projects.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, creative ideation, and storytelling through visuals.
• Ensure design coherence and deliver all creative outputs within deadlines.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 0 to 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing disciplines.
• Strong expertise in video editing, particularly for short-form content and social media Reels.
• Proficient with editing and design software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or comparable tools.
• Familiar with concepts like motion graphics, typography, pacing, sound design, and visual narrative.
• Keen eye for color schemes, layouts, branding integrity, and social media visual trends.
• Up to date on modern design trends, reel formatting, and what engages audiences online.
• Capable of juggling multiple creative assignments, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality consistency.
• Exhibits a creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and eagerness to expand skills.
