Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Craftsman to join our Ace Handyman Services team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and dedicated to quality and exceptional customer service. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, independent thinking, and excellent communication skills to handle a variety of home and commercial maintenance and repair projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on residential and commercial properties.
• Deliver precise craftsmanship with various materials such as wood, metal, ceramics, and textiles depending on project needs.
• Select appropriate materials based on properties, durability, and design requirements aligned with client expectations.
• Operate and maintain a range of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of at least 4.5 stars by providing outstanding service and building long-term client relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in various trades.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Access to a personal truck or van.
• Experience estimating time and costs for jobs and handling billing is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 Certification within the first 90 days of employment.
• Possession of personal tools for the job.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening checks.
• Comfortable using technology; familiarity with Service Titan software is a plus.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders or stairs up to 15 feet.
• Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds without help.
• Capability to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as needed.
• Natural or corrected vision including close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
