Key Responsibilities

• Handle manual tasks including loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Ensure timely and secure delivery of packages to designated addresses.
• Provide excellent customer service, representing FedEx with professionalism and courtesy.
• Adhere strictly to safety standards and delivery protocols to maintain quality and security.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have full legal work authorization to work in Australia.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, limited to no more than 6 demerit points in the past three years.
• Must hold a Medium Rigid (MR) heavy vehicle license.
• Capability to successfully pass various assessments including drug and alcohol testing, a driving evaluation, criminal background screening, and a health fitness check.
• Strong detail orientation and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Focus on safety compliance and capability to follow prescribed procedures consistently.
• A positive, customer-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in delivery roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
