Job Overview
Join the newly opened Baskin Robbins outlet as a Counter Staff member, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store standards.
Key Duties
- Scooping ice cream and assembling sundaes.
- Preparing various beverages as per outlet protocols.
- Packaging orders accurately for delivery.
- Managing counter sales transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the counter and overall store environment.
- Adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Staff
- Operating billing and Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively.
- Handling stock by receiving, storing, monitoring inventory, and placing orders.
- Performing opening and closing store duties.
Work Schedule
The role involves rotating shifts on a weekly basis, with timings as follows: 10 AM to 7 PM, 12 PM to 9 PM, and 4 PM to 12 AM. Employees are entitled to one day off per week.
