Counter Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Counter Sales Executive to join Kushals Retail Pvt Ltd at our Patna, Bihar location. This role involves understanding customer preferences and recommending appropriate jewelry selections while maintaining high standards of customer service and store appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess customer requirements to suggest suitable jewelry products.
• Address customer inquiries effectively and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, including their features and advantages.
• Convey product value clearly to support and contribute to achieving store sales objectives.
• Keep informed about new collections and ongoing promotional campaigns.
• Adjust to shift schedules, store needs, and possible transfers within the store cluster.
• Ensure punctuality and proactively undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Assist with store functions such as managing deliveries, processing online orders, packaging, restocking inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and attractive presentation of the store environment.
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures, company policies, and loss prevention measures.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Approach customer concerns with sensitivity and exercise prudent judgment in challenging situations.

Additional Information

The position offers a monthly remuneration range between 10,000 and 17,000 INR. Candidates should be prepared to comply with store shift hours and processes, and support overall store performance through teamwork and operational assistance.
