Counter Sales Executive

Role Overview

We seek an energetic and punctual Counter Sales Executive to efficiently handle the morning operations at That Donut Shop. This part-time position lasts 5 hours daily, where you will serve as the initial contact for morning customers, ensuring the outlet is properly prepared for the day's business, delivering quality beverages, and facilitating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Open the outlet promptly at 9:00 AM, preparing the counter and display sections for smooth service.
• Greet customers warmly, guide them through menu options, and manage order placement accurately.
• Enter orders correctly into the POS system, handle payments securely, and maintain cash drawer accountability.
• Prepare both hot and cold coffee or other beverages adhering to standard recipes and quality expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidy condition of the counter, equipment, and customer zones throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Possess a friendly, customer-focused demeanor with effective communication abilities.
• Display trustworthiness along with basic arithmetic skills necessary for cash handling duties.
• Be reliable and punctual to fulfill store opening duties consistently.
• Prior experience in cafes or quick service restaurants is advantageous but not mandatory; fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Working Hours

This is a part-time role offering a monthly stipend between INR 6000 and 8000 for a 5-hour shift each morning.
