Itsy Bitsy, a reputed provider of art and craft products, is looking to hire an Inside Sales Executive (Counter Sales Executive) for their Mumbai location. This position entails direct customer engagement, billing processes, and arranging products at the store counter.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers effectively, providing assistance and ensuring an excellent service experience.
- Manage billing operations accurately and efficiently during transactions.
- Organize and maintain the product displays and inventory at the sales counter.
Working Schedule
The working hours are scheduled from 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM daily. Employees are required to work on Saturdays and Sundays compulsorily. From Monday to Friday, employees may take one day off, which will serve as their weekly rest day.
