The role of Counter Sales Executive at The Boston Cafe & Patisserie located in Mumbai, Maharashtra involves direct interaction with customers, product promotion, and transactional responsibilities at the sales counter.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival, attentively listen to their preferences, and recommend suitable products to meet their needs.
- Provide detailed information about product features, pricing details, applicable uses, and current promotional offers available in-store to customers.
- Execute billing processes accurately by handling payments through cash, credit/debit cards, or UPI transactions and issuing receipts or bills accordingly.
- Maintain the sales counter area by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adequate stocking of products to facilitate smooth operations.
