Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by advising customers and sharing detailed product information and suggestions.
• Prepare meat products while ensuring cleanliness and high-quality presentation.
• Maintain hygienic and food safety excellence in counter and pre-pack areas.
• Perform stock rotation, manage price markdowns, and facilitate product sampling.
• Handle incoming deliveries and accurately complete related documentation.
• Support promotional activities, merchandising, and general store upkeep.
• Assist with training colleagues and aid management as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in delivering superior customer service and meeting sales goals.
• Sound knowledge of food retail processes and compliance with legal standards.
• Ability to encourage teamwork and work cooperatively with peers.
• Confidence in taking accountability and assisting the Store Manager during their absence.
• Flexible, well organized, and capable of performing under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills, independence, and initiative-driven.
• Genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in food retail.
