Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Counselor / Business Development Executive experienced in the advertising and digital marketing sector, based in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. This role involves actively generating potential client leads using calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings, understanding their needs to recommend suitable advertising and digital marketing services, and converting prospects into clients to meet monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow up on potential client inquiries through various channels including calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Identify client requirements and propose relevant advertising, branding, digital marketing, SEO, website, and creative service solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by converting leads to paying clients.
- Lead client discussions, clarify service offerings, present packages, and provide detailed proposals and quotations.
- Maintain ongoing strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with creative, digital marketing, and development teams internally.
- Track and document leads and follow-up actions comprehensively.
- Spot new business opportunities and actively generate referrals for growth.
- Consistently follow up with leads until closure and support a smooth client onboarding process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales abilities.
- Good understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing services.
- Confident, target-driven, and proactive in client engagement.
- Effective client relationship management with timely follow-ups.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Basic skills in MS Excel, email communication, WhatsApp, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Additional Information
Previous experience in an advertising agency, digital marketing company, media house, branding agency, or related service industry is preferred. The salary range offered is ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month along with attractive incentives. This is a full-time onsite position located in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
