Costing & Pricing Executive – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the Company and Role

9M India Limited, a WHO-GMP certified pharmaceutical manufacturer located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, is seeking a dedicated Costing & Pricing Executive. This full-time, on-site position is crucial for improving the efficiency and accuracy of customer quotations by establishing a live costing model for the company’s core products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive master costing model including raw materials, packaging, batch yields, and overhead expenses for main product lines.
• Provide timely responses to pricing requests, whether single or multiple products, ensuring adherence to committed turnaround times.
• Collaborate closely with the plant team to keep all cost-related data precise and up-to-date.
• Identify and escalate new or uncosted products for bill of materials (BOM) preparation and procurement, incorporating the outcomes into the costing model for future reference.
• Assist the Business Development team by supplying pricing details for proposals and quotations.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical product costing, bill of materials creation, production planning, or procurement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, capable of managing and updating a live data model independently.
• Good understanding of raw material procurement and cost structures specific to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
• Dependable, meticulous, and capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
