Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cost and manufacturing data analysis across multiple EKFC business units, collaborating closely with Production, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to enhance production and procurement efficiency.
• Design and maintain systems to monitor cost standards, analyze wastage, and identify key cost influencers to relay trends to stakeholders.
• Assist the Costing Manager by delivering insightful reports on variances and trends while communicating critical issues and opportunities for maximizing revenue and profit.
• Examine and interpret historical data to inform assumptions and methodology, providing recommendations supporting business objectives.
• Administer the upkeep and updating of costing databases within the ERP system and manage the setup and training related to the ERP cost system aligned with company policies.
• Assess impacts on cost arising from changes in products or menu designs, raw materials, and production processes.
• Conduct cost benchmarking analyses to guide insourcing versus outsourcing decisions aimed at boosting company profitability.
• Establish, monitor, and reconcile Landed Cost rulings for food and packing-related foreign purchases ensuring accurate cost allocation.
• Partner with the Costing Manager to develop costing methodologies, set cost standards, and create KPI reports; perform additional assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience within finance, preferably involving production or manufacturing accounting.
• A minimum of 2 years in a comparable role handling analytical responsibilities and report generation.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
• Experienced with JDE ERP platform or similar ERP systems.
• Track record of process improvement initiatives.
