Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Corporate Services Executive to join our expanding transaction team in Dublin. This client-facing role involves working within a qualified team and offers outstanding career progression and professional development opportunities in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of structured finance and aircraft leasing SPVs as the transaction lead.
  • Support junior staff workload management on a daily basis.
  • Onboard multiple new clients and transactions annually.
  • Use advanced problem-solving skills to anticipate and resolve issues, including leading client board meetings.
  • Handle a demanding portfolio with multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Maintain and nurture strong client relationships by providing attentive, professional service.
  • Lead internal project delivery and initiatives as necessary.
  • Ensure accurate, up-to-date records of key transaction data are maintained internally.
  • Stay informed about legal and regulatory changes, ensuring team preparedness to meet new challenges.
  • Comply with all internal policies and procedures while actively contributing to team process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least four years' relevant experience in legal, financial services, or corporate administration roles.
  • A law or business university degree with a strong academic record.
  • A strong commitment to client service in a face-to-face environment.
  • Excellent communication, quick thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and superb organizational skills for managing multiple clients.
  • Completion or current study of company secretarial qualifications (e.g., Grad ICSA) is advantageous.
  • A conscientious, organized team player capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Energetic and eager to learn and develop professionally.
