Role Overview

The Corporate Relations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Kochi. This position focuses on establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporate entities, recruiters, and industry experts to boost placement opportunities and collaborative ventures. The role involves prospecting and engaging potential corporate collaborators, showcasing Offenso's educational offerings and capabilities, managing communications with partner companies, and organizing events such as recruitment drives, guest lectures, and workshops.

This position works in close partnership with the academic and placement teams to ensure training programs meet industry requirements and monitors partnership achievements and student placement results. Responsibilities also include negotiating partnership agreements, maintaining corporate contact databases, and representing the academy at external events and industry forums.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven skills in corporate relations and business relationship management to cultivate and extend industry partnerships.
• Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong financial literacy to understand budgeting, partnership terms, and contract basics.
• Business development and sales expertise applicable to generating new corporate partnerships and marketing Offenso's offerings.
• Experience of 4 to 6 years in corporate relations, placement coordination, or business-to-business partnership management, ideally within education or training sectors.
• Excellent organizational and strategic planning skills, with proficiency in MS Office or related productivity software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines; prior knowledge of IT or cybersecurity is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in Kochi, collaborate cross-functionally, and undertake local travel for meetings or events.
