About Concept of Living Charitable Trust (COL)
COL is a nonprofit entity recognized by the Women and Child Development Ministry, Government of India. It empowers women by creating entrepreneurial opportunities and social training programs across India, focusing on sexual harassment prevention, financial independence, skill development, recognition, and gender equality to elevate women's status and confidence in society.
Role Summary
We seek an experienced Corporate Program Manager to expand our corporate outreach and establish strong collaborations with organizations. The role includes conducting POSH awareness and workplace safety sessions, engaging with HR and leadership teams, understanding compliance needs, presenting appropriate POSH and corporate compliance programs, managing relationships, overseeing proposals and program delivery, and actively contributing to outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver POSH awareness and workplace safety training sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR personnel, management, and decision makers.
- Assess organizations' awareness and compliance requirements.
- Present tailored POSH and corporate compliance solutions.
- Manage proposals, follow-ups, and coordinate program execution.
- Drive growth of COL's corporate engagement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 7 years of professional experience in roles such as HR, Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Client Relations, Consulting, Sales, Business Development, Institutional Sales, Insurance, or Telecom.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for relationship building.
- Confidence interacting with HR heads, management, and senior professionals.
- Willingness to travel locally within Coimbatore.
- Professional demeanor with strong ownership mindset.
Additional Information
Position is located in Coimbatore and requires full-time onsite presence. Compensation offers up to 600000 INR annually with additional performance-based incentives. This opportunity allows representing a social-impact organization and fostering safer, more aware work environments.
