About the Role

A boutique corporate finance firm located in Galway is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join their expanding team. This position offers a hybrid/remote working arrangement as standard. The successful candidate will provide strategic advisory services to clients involved in buy side, sell side, and fundraising M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the firm, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
• Manage a variety of M&A transactions across diverse sectors.
• Engage regularly with clients through meetings to foster relationships and understand their needs.
• Develop compelling pitch decks representing the firm's corporate finance mandates, maintaining the strong brand reputation.

• Qualified accountant with comprehensive experience in managing M&A transactions from inception to completion.
