Position Overview
Silverwing Investment Ltd is looking for a talented Corporate Development Manager to establish and expand a cutting-edge acquisition platform. This platform focuses on logistics and supply chain enterprises throughout Singapore and Southeast Asia. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, building operational systems, and collaborating closely with the founder on strategic projects with substantial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and oversee an AI-driven engine that sources and evaluates acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential acquisitions within Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and professional intermediaries.
- Manage the acquisition CRM system and transaction pipeline efficiently.
- Assist with due diligence processes, financial assessments, and transaction completions.
- Introduce and integrate AI, automation, and workflow tools to enhance productivity.
- Work in close partnership with the Principal on acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and executive priorities.
- Help design and implement operational frameworks to support growth in the acquisition platform.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of five years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, transaction services, management consulting, or equivalent commercial experience.
- Strong skills in data analysis and market research.
- Hands-on experience utilizing AI and automation technologies to streamline business tasks.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and project management tools.
- Exceptional written English capabilities paired with sound commercial insight.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting.
- Must hold Singapore work authorization; Employment Pass sponsorship will not be provided.

Additional Details
- Position based in Singapore, full-time hours with part-time status.
