Corporate Controller – KSA & UAE

Overview

A prominent international Group is setting up a new entity in Saudi Arabia and seeks to fill a newly established Corporate Controller position. This role oversees the financial and administrative operations across three legal entities, including two located in Saudi Arabia and one in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting processes and ensure timely financial closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain financial controlling disciplines.
• Lead budgeting and financial forecasting efforts.
• Handle tax matters and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Oversee treasury functions and manage cash flow effectively.
• Implement and monitor internal controls and audit processes.
• Coordinate local administrative tasks as required.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of four years’ professional experience in accounting, auditing, financial controlling, or similar areas.
• Comprehensive understanding of local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to operate independently within an international work environment.
• Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English, including written and verbal proficiency.
• Familiarity with Power BI or AI-based analytical tools is advantageous.

Additional Information

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires onsite presence. It is managed by an external recruiter acting on behalf of the client company.
