About the Role

Our Corporate Office in Malta partners closely with teams in Munich, managing front office, marketing, and revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain distribution systems to maximize revenue opportunities across all connected channels.
• Oversee performance of booking system interfaces ensuring continuous operation by coordinating with system providers.
• Enhance Ruby Hotels' online visibility by managing content platforms like Concerto HCM and Leonardo with marketing collaboration.
• Manage online reputation using IHG's Medallia platform and AI response tool MARA.
• Respond promptly to international guest reviews, adhering to Ruby and IHG quality standards and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth system functionality.

Qualifications and Profile

• Completed training in the hotel or travel industry; prior experience in a distribution role preferred.
• Experience managing distribution channels such as websites, OTAs, and GDS, with sound knowledge of hotel distribution systems.
• Proficient understanding of content management through platforms like Concerto HCM, OTA extranets, and GDS.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for team collaboration.
• Methodical working style, attention to detail, and a drive for process improvement.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
