Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Apply design thinking to generate innovative solutions aligned with business goals, user needs, and audience insights.
• Create polished presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote, enhancing clarity and impact of content.
• Produce and draft messages and content in collaboration with cross-functional teams to craft engaging material suitable for multiple platforms.
• Carry out research to grasp industry trends, audience requirements, and contextual knowledge, transforming findings into clear visuals and narratives; maintain awareness of developments in digital communication and SMS marketing sectors.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with presentation software including PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
