Role Overview
The Cook at Mamalla Inn is responsible for preparing all meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the staff. This position also involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the staff kitchen environment.
Key Duties
- Prepare nutritious and timely meals for staff members throughout the day.
- Ensure the staff kitchen is kept clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Manage inventory by monitoring and handling supplies such as provisions and fresh vegetables.
- Support the restaurant chef by assisting during special events and parties to ensure smooth culinary operations.
