Hecstasy LLC seeks a dedicated and energetic individual to fill a combined role as a Chef and Sales Executive for its expanding daily meal subscription service in Dubai. This position involves responsibilities both in meal preparation and customer outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh meals daily following Hecstasy's established menu.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and portion control in all meals.
• Uphold stringent hygiene practices and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Track ingredient usage efficiently to limit food waste.
• Pack and organize meals based on daily orders with precision.
• Engage in marketing by promoting meal subscription schemes via WhatsApp, social media, and direct sales approaches.
• Identify and approach potential customers such as offices, workers, residential areas, and small enterprises.
• Present meal plan options clearly and convert inquiries into active subscriptions.
• Maintain customer relationships through regular follow-ups and feedback collection.
• Communicate customer insights to management for service improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Prior cooking experience, preferably with Indian or international cuisine.
• New to Dubai or ready to relocate.
• Basic knowledge of Indian home-style cooking.
• Friendly demeanor with confidence in customer interaction.
• Effective communication skills in relevant languages.
• Strong work ethic and accountability.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Comfortable using smartphones and WhatsApp for communication.
• Sales experience is favorable but not essential.
• No prior UAE work experience necessary.
