Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced cook specializing in Naati style non-vegetarian cuisine, focusing on traditional dishes from the Old Mysore region. The ideal candidate is preferably female and familiar with the Kannada language. This position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and involves preparing specialty dishes including Mutton Sambar, Mutton Curry, Mutton Biryani, Chicken Biryani, Kaima, Boti, Tale Mamsa, along with some Chinese recipes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Old Mysore Naati style non-veg dishes according to traditional recipes.
- Cook specialty items such as Mutton Sambar, Mutton Curry, Mutton Biryani, Chicken Biryani, Kaima, Boti, Tale Mamsa.
- Prepare selected Chinese dishes, including recipe knowledge and preparation techniques.
Requirements
- Experience and familiarity with Naati style cooking of the Old Mysore region.
- Preference for candidates from Laggere, Rajagopal Nagar, or Mathikere areas.
- Fluency in Kannada language is preferred.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
