Fortune Home Service Apartment located in Sector 72, Noida is seeking a skilled and dependable Cook / Chef to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh, delicious, and high-quality meals for guests and staff members, focusing primarily on Indian and North Indian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner as required.
• Cook Indian and North Indian dishes ensuring excellent taste and attractive presentation.
• Uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen environment.
• Manage kitchen ingredient preparation and daily cooking needs efficiently.
• Ensure appropriate storage and handling of all food items to maintain freshness.
• Keep the kitchen, utensils, and cooking tools clean and well-maintained.
• Inspect freshness and quality of vegetables, groceries, and other ingredients regularly.
• Work to minimize food waste and control portion sizes properly.
• Implement and adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols consistently.
• Communicate and coordinate with management regarding menus and kitchen requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Cook, Chef, Hotel Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Service Apartment Cook is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Indian and North Indian culinary traditions and dishes.
• Strong cooking abilities combined with a good understanding of basic food hygiene principles.
• Character traits include honesty, punctuality, diligence, and responsibility.
• Capable of managing kitchen operations independently.
• Freshers may be considered based on demonstrated cooking skills.
