Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cook for a full-time, on-site position in Jeddah at Airotreat Enviro Systems Co Ltd. The Cook will be responsible for preparing diverse meals for both staff and guests, strictly adhering to set recipes and dietary protocols.

Key Duties

• Designing menus and organizing ingredients for meal preparation.
• Maintaining stringent kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Ensuring safe storage and handling of all food items.
• Coordinating meal schedules with facility management to meet operational demands.
• Overseeing inventory levels of kitchen supplies and placing restocking orders as necessary.
• Supporting occasional special event catering alongside regular duties.
• Collaborating effectively with kitchen and facility teams.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in planning, preparing, and cooking a variety of dishes with good command of basic and intermediate culinary techniques.
• Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and correct food storage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to keep kitchen operations smooth and workspace orderly.
• Experience managing ingredient inventories and liaising with suppliers or internal departments.
• Good communication abilities and commitment to following company policies and working harmoniously with colleagues.
• Previous experience in similar cooking roles, ideally within corporate, industrial, or institutional environments.
• Basic literacy and numeracy to accurately read recipes, follow instructions, and measure ingredients.
• Physical capability to stand for lengthy periods, handle moderate lifting, and operate kitchen tools safely.
• Preparedness to work on-site in Jeddah and abide by local and company health and safety guidelines.
