Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in Business Administration with focus on Controlling, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, preferably within a medium-sized or international company.
• Strong expertise in controlling, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Proficient with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills; experience with BI tools is advantageous.
• Highly analytical mind with structured and solution-focused working habits.
• Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly to different audiences.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
